All tarot, astrology, psychic readings, and spiritual guidance sessions are provided for personal insight, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes. Services are intuitive, interpretive, and subjective in nature.
2. Scope of Services
Readings may include topics such as relationships, personal circumstances, legal matters, health, fertility, or life direction.
All insights are provided as general spiritual guidance only and are not statements of fact. Information shared must not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes, definitive predictions, or verified truth.
Clients agree not to rely on any reading as a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
3. No Professional Advice
Services do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. You agree to seek appropriate licensed professionals for advice in these areas.
4. Personal Responsibility
By booking a session, you acknowledge that all decisions, actions, and interpretations made following a reading are your sole responsibility.
5. No Guarantees
No guarantees, warranties, or assurances are provided regarding the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of any reading.
All information is subject to interpretation and should not be relied upon as objective truth or verified fact.
6. Emotional Wellbeing Disclaimer
Readings may involve sensitive or personal topics. By engaging in services, you acknowledge responsibility for your own emotional wellbeing and responses.
River Way Home Ltd is not responsible for any emotional, mental, or personal impact arising from a session. If additional support is required, you agree to seek assistance from a qualified professional.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, River Way Home Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or outcomes arising from:
Use of the services
Interpretation of any reading
Decisions made following a session
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those rights cannot legally be excluded.
8. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are made in USD via the official payment platform
Sessions are scheduled in current New Zealand Time (NZST / NZDT)
If you are booking via Acuity scheduling this should convert the time to your local timezone
9. Rescheduling
Private sessions may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice
Requests within 24 hours may be declined
10. Attendance & No-Shows
Failure to attend a session will result in forfeiture of payment
Late arrival does not extend the session beyond the scheduled time
11. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required under New Zealand consumer law.
12. Live Session Bookings
If you book during a live session and are unable to attend, your booking will be held as a prepaid credit for future use.
13. Client Conduct
Clients agree to engage respectfully. The following will not be tolerated:
Harassment, abuse, or aggressive behaviour
Threats, intimidation, or coercion
Disruptive or inappropriate conduct
Attempts to test, manipulate, or deliberately mislead the reader
Sessions may be terminated immediately if these occur. Payment will be forfeited, and future bookings may be refused.
14. Recording & Content Use
Sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission.
River Way Home Ltd reserves the right to refuse recording at its discretion. Unauthorised sharing, reposting, or distribution of content may result in refusal of future service.
15. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By booking a session, you agree to contact River Way Home Ltd directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent or bad-faith disputes may result in refusal of future service.
16. Right to Refuse Service
River Way Home Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its sole discretion, including where a client is deemed unsuitable for services.
17. GST (New Zealand Clients)
If you are located in New Zealand, you agree to notify at the time of booking so GST can be applied where required.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
