Bookings are made in New Zealand time zone, it is your responsibility to ensure you have the time for where you are.

If you do not attend your session, I will be waiting for you during your booked time, you can come anytime during your booked time, but no-shows forfeit payment - you are welcome to rebook.

Harassment of any kind during private reading will terminate call, forfeit payment & black list.

If you book during a live reading for your question and are unable to stay for your reading, your credit is held in a pre-paid list. I am live often for you to have your rescheduled reading.

If you are in Aotearoa/New Zealand when you book your reading please let me know as I need to list it for GST
